As our Demand & Portfolio Manager, you will ensure that we have a comprehensive and up-to-date view on the demand for customer and counterparty data (who needs what, when and why) in order to plan and prioritize the development. In your daily work, you will do close co-operation with your colleagues within CCD and the Customer and Counterparty Data Programme as well as with our IT provider and other key stakeholders.
You will be the main contact person for any customer and counterparty data and development needs from our stakeholders. You will also proactively reach out to our key stakeholders and maintain active dialogue with them in order to recognize in advance their upcoming demand and to identify new opportunities for creating business value with customer and counterparty data.
You will act as a bridge between our stakeholders and our IT provider, Customer and Counterparty IT. You will ensure that the demand gets gathered and documented in way that our IT provider is able to produce cost estimates and plan the supply.
You will ensure together with the stakeholders that there is a solid business case behind the demand so that development prioritization can be done transparently and neutrally from a group-wide perspective. All in all, you will have an important role in prioritizing and balancing the development with the demand from business, key initiatives and regulatory domain.
As this is a new role in a recently established unit, you will be able to define the details of our demand management process that you are responsible building up and carrying out.
You will report to the Head of Business Development and work closely with CCDP leadership.

You are very self-driven and solution oriented with ability to get things done in a creative and pragmatic way. You have an eye for the big picture, but you also pay close attention to necessary details. You have strong analytical skills and you are structured in your thinking and in your work style.
You have sufficient understanding of both business and IT, enabling you to effectively communicate with different kind of stakeholders. You have ability to work across organisational borders with an adding value attitude, using good communication skills to influence decisions and managing stakeholders at all levels.
You have preferably background from project or product management, or from some similar field in which you have been able to develop strong skills for maintaining overview of and prioritizing a complex backlog of different development opportunities and initiatives.
You have preferably experience from development management in agile environments, especially about tools and methodologies used for backlog management, prioritization, planning and delivery follow-up. Note we work with the SAFE model. Knowledge of this is preferred.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience in following fields is an additional advantage:
- Scaled Agile Framework, preferably SAFE
- JIRA & Confluence (or similar tools)
- Service Oriented Architecture
- Customer Relationship Management
Minst 5 års professionell IT-arbetslivserfarenhet.
