We are looking for a Product Insights Manager to join our client´s Personalization team.
The Personalization team makes deciding what to songs play next in our clients´app easier and more enjoyable for every listener.
Your role will be to coach and empower a mixed team of data scientists and user researchers to drive impact in product development through research.
As a product insights team, you help guide product development teams in how to identify and assess opportunities (e.g. foundational/strategic research); how to validate hypotheses quickly (e.g. through experiments and usability testing); and how to evaluate their performance (e.g. through metrics research and causality measurements).
What you'll do: - Influencing product strategy through product insights.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels and of different disciplines, both through writing (e.g. slide decks) and in person.
- Work with both qualitative and quantitative research in mixed methods designs.
Who you are: - A passionate coach and experienced manager who advocates for your team and creates opportunities on their behalf.
- Skilled in understanding and translating business, product and user goals into research needs.
- Adept at facilitating planning of complex research projects.

Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
