We are looking for individual contributors who can coordinate incidents, write communications towards merchants, and facilitate postmortems.

What makes you qualified - Enthusiasm for taking ownership of and managing complex incidents
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to lead retrospective meetings and drive root cause analysis
- At home collaborating with others through Agile/Scrum
- Experience with modern productivity tools such as G-Suite, Slack, and Jira
- Solid grasp of AWS fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring and analysis tools such as Splunk and Datadog
- Comfortable using and troubleshooting Unix-based systems
What you will be doing
Coordinating and driving incidents of different severities
Assessing the impact of incidents and writing communications to convey the business impact for client and their customers
- Translating technical details into language that can be understood by our stakeholders
- Hosting retrospective meetings to learn from incidents and prevent future occurrences
- Participating in an on-call duty rotation for incident response and occasionally working weekends and holidays in lieu of weekdays
- Being a member of a geeky team and being proud of it
