For an interesting client in central Stockholm we are looking for two Recruiters. Who you are:
As our client continue to expand their Talent Acquisition Teams, they are looking for two Recruiters who will own the recruitment process. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers to support in a pipeline set-up of recruitment fuelling the client with great talent. You’ll play a key role in helping shape the organization's future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people. Depending on the client´s needs, you will be recruiting for Analytics, Marketing, Design, Solutions/Delivery and Commercial competencies. You will be driving the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, all while working together with hiring managers and your team to improve the way our client does things.
You’ll get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for and with the Talent Acquisition team; attending daily meetings, running sourcing sessions, coming up with new ideas for attracting talent, etc. Our client expects you to be great at stakeholder management and setting your days up for success. Requirements:
- You are able to source, interview, sell, and close top talent
- You have the ability to inspire and motivate people to join our client
- You are comfortable and can own the relationship with hiring managers, hiring teams, along with advising, influencing and challenging when needed
- You have the desire to learn, constantly; only you can set your limits for growth
- You have a flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change easily
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting
