Tech recruiters

We are looking for tech recruiters for 2 different roles. Both roles require senior consultants.

Role 1:

We are looking for Tech Recruiters for Europe-focused roles. Experience with international recruitment (including relocations between different countries) is a hard requirement. Also solid understanding of R&D orgs and various tech domains. Ability to hit the ground running and to step into a new technical domain and getting traction on hiring quickly will be absolute key.

It is high volume and high pace. Contract may get extended beyond April.

Role 2:

Senior tech Recruiter, stakeholder management and collaboration with senior figures is a must. Delivery is the way to success, and sourcing/search is a part of the job.

This role will likely focus Product Management recruitment (mostly senior Product roles) so experience with that is necessary. However, this may change, and this person has to be open-minded and flexible and ready to step and take over any role in any domain. Solid background in R&D recruitment across multiple domains (e.g. Backend, Mobile, Data) is necessary to be successful.
